1. Booking Services

1.1. The Website provides a platform for users to book private guided tours and related services in the city of Prague, Czech republic.

1.2. All bookings made through the Website are subject to availability and confirmation by the Company.

1.3. Users must provide accurate and complete information when making bookings. The Company is not responsible for any errors or inaccuracies in the information provided.

2. Payment

2.1. Payment for bookings must be made in full at the time of booking unless otherwise stated.

2.2. Prices listed on the Website are in the currency specified and are inclusive of any applicable taxes or fees.

2.3. Payments are processed securely through the Website's payment gateway. The Company does not store or have access to users' payment information.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

3.1 Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the scheduled tour time will receive a full refund.

3.2 No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled tour time.

3.3 To cancel a booking and request a refund, please contact us on lucie@praguewithme.com or +420 604 643 180 at least 24 hours prior to the tour.

3.4 Refunds will be processed using the original payment method and may take up to 2 weeks to reflect in your account.

3.5 The Company reserves the right to cancel bookings due to unforeseen circumstances or for any other reason. In such cases, users will be entitled to a full refund. 

4. User Responsibilities

4.1. Users are responsible for ensuring that they meet any eligibility requirements specified for the tours or services booked.

4.2. Users must adhere to any rules or regulations provided by the tour guides or operators during the tour.

4.3. Users are responsible for their own safety and well-being during the tour and must comply with any instructions given by the tour guides or operators.

5. Intellectual Property

5.1. The content and materials available on the Website, including but not limited to text, images, logos, and trademarks, are the property of the Company or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
